İhsaniye is a town located in the Afyonkarahisar Province within the Aegean region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the İhsaniye District.
As of the 2024 census, the district has a total population of 27,904. The town is composed of eight distinct quarters: Cumhuriyet, Şahinler, Hürriyet, Zafer, Susuzosmaniye, Fatih, Yenikent, and Akören. The current mayor of the district is Emine Gökçe.
