Gerger is a town located in the Adıyaman Province of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Gerger District.
The town is primarily inhabited by Kurds from various tribal backgrounds. As of 2021, the population was recorded at 2,753 residents. The current mayor of the district is Erkan Aksoy, who represents the AKP.
