Takrouna, also spelled as Ta Kurunna, is a small village located in the Sahel region of Tunisia. It is situated on a hill at an elevation of approximately 200 metres above sea level.
The village provides views overlooking the Gulf of Hammamet to the east, Djebel Zaghouan to the north, and the Kairouan plain to the south. The name Takrouna is recognized in both Berber and Arabic.
