Sidi Daoud is a farming town located in north-central Algeria. It is situated on the west bank of the Sebaou River, positioned just a few kilometers downstream from where the river meets the sea.
The town serves as the capital of a municipality characterized by the nearby mountain of Bouberak. This administrative area includes the coastal village of Sahel Bouberak and the zawiya of Sidi Amar Cherif. It is one of three municipalities that make up the Baghlia District within the eastern Boumerdès Province.
As of 2008, the population of the municipality was recorded at 16,900 residents.
