Ettadhamen is a municipality and commune located in the Ariana Governorate of Tunisia. It serves as part of the Greater Tunis metropolitan area. The name Ettadhamen translates to "solidarity" in Arabic.
The municipality was established during the 1950s to provide housing for populations arriving from internal migration. While it began as an informal settlement, it was eventually incorporated into the official urban planning of the Tunisian capital's metropolitan region.
In 2016, the municipality underwent a structural change when the former municipality of Ettadhamen-Mnihla was split. This division resulted in Mnihla becoming a separate entity, leaving Ettadhamen as its own distinct administrative unit.
