Jendouba is a city located in northwestern Tunisia and serves as the capital of the Jendouba Governorate. Formerly known as Souk El Arba until April 30, 1966, the city functions as an important regional crossroads with numerous road links connecting it to nearby towns including El Kef, Tabarka, Ain Draham, and Béja.
The primary economic activity in Jendouba is agriculture. The city is situated near several significant historical and geological sites, most notably the ancient Roman city of Bulla Regia and the historic marble quarry of Chemtou.
