Yylanly was the former name of the city currently known as Andalyp. It is located in the Daşoguz Province of Turkmenistan and serves as the administrative capital of the Akdepe District.
The city underwent several name changes during the early 21st century; it was officially called Gurbansoltan Eje adyndaky from 2004 until 2022, before reverting to its current designation.
