Lospalos is a city located in the country of Timor-Leste. It is situated approximately 248 kilometres east of the national capital, Dili.
The city serves as the capital of both the Lautém Municipality and the Lospalos Administrative Post. Based on census data, the population was recorded at 17,186 in 2006, while the broader subdistrict had a population of 25,417 in 2004.
