Maubara is a village located in the Maubara Administrative Post of Timor-Leste. It is situated just west of the city of Liquiçá.
The majority of the local inhabitants speak Tocodede as their primary language. The area is notable for its proximity to the Maubara Important Bird Area, which encompasses the small coastal Lake Maubara.
