Suai is a city located in the Suai Subdistrict of Timor-Leste. Situated in the southwestern region of the country, it serves as the capital of the Cova Lima District. The city is positioned just a few kilometers from the Timor Sea on the southern side of the island.
The population of Suai is 9,866 people. It is located approximately 138 kilometres (86 mi) to the southwest of Dili, which is the national capital of Timor-Leste.
