Songkhla is a city located in the Songkhla Province of southern Thailand. It is situated near the border with Malaysia at a distance of approximately 968 km (601 mi) south of Bangkok.
The city is also known by the names Singgora or Singora. As of 2020, Songkhla had a recorded population of 61,758 residents.
