Satun is a town located in southern Thailand and serves as the capital of Satun province. It is situated approximately 985 km south of the nation's capital, Bangkok.
The town covers the entirety of tambon Phiman within Mueang Satun. As of 2005, the population of Satun was recorded at 21,498 residents.
