Prachuap Khiri Khan is a town located in western Thailand. It serves as the capital of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and is situated on the coast near the country's narrowest geographical stretch, which is only 10 kilometres from the Myanmar border at Dan Sing Khon in the Tenasserim Hills.
The town is located approximately 291 kilometres south of Bangkok by road. The region is characterized by large pineapple and coconut industries and is a popular destination for Thai tourists.
