Cha-am is a district located in the southern portion of Phetchaburi Province in western Thailand. It serves as the northern section of the coastal conurbation known as Cha-am–Hua Hin.
The area is characterized by its geographical position along the coast, forming part of a continuous urban and residential development shared with the neighboring Hua Hin region.
