Ko Chang is a district (amphoe) located in the Trat province of Thailand. It is situated on the eastern coast of the Gulf of Thailand, positioned approximately 300 km (190 mi) from the capital city of Bangkok.
The district is located near the border with Cambodia. It serves as a coastal region within the southeastern portion of the country.
