Sikhio is the central town of Sikhio District, located in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province of northeastern Thailand. It encompasses an area of 11.63 km2, covering portions of the sub-districts of Sikhio and Mittraphab.
The town is subdivided into 19 boroughs, known as chumchon. As of 2007, the population of Sikhio was recorded at 18,663 residents.
