Chaiyaphum is a town located in northeastern Thailand and serves as the capital of Chaiyaphum Province. It is situated approximately 337 road kilometres northeast of the nation's capital, Bangkok.
The town covers the entirety of tambon Nai Mueang within the Mueang Chaiyaphum District. As of 2015, the population of the area was recorded at 58,350 residents.
