Nakhon Sawan is a city located in Thailand, situated approximately 238 km north of the capital, Bangkok. The name of the city translates literally to "Heavenly City." It serves as the capital of Nakhon Sawan province.
The city encompasses all of the Mueang Nakhon Sawan district and covers the entire subdistrict (tambon) of Pak Nam Pho. Additionally, it includes portions of the Khwae Yai, Nakhon Sawan Tok, Nakhon Sawan Ok, and Wat Sai subdistricts. As of December 31, 2020, the city had a recorded population of 82,305.
