Ihsim is a town located in northwestern Syria. It serves as the administrative center of the Ihsim Subdistrict within the Ariha District of the Idlib Governorate.
According to the 2004 census conducted by the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 5,870 residents. The surrounding subdistrict comprised a total of 19 localities with a collective population of 65,409 during the same period.
The town is situated near several other localities, including Iblin to the west, al-Barah to the south, Marayan to the north, and al-Dana, Syria to the east.
