Kafr Laha is a city located in the Homs Governorate of northern Syria, situated north of the city of Homs. It serves as the largest city within the Houla region.
The city's population was recorded at 20,041 in 2004 by the Central Bureau of Statistics of Syria, and its inhabitants are predominantly Sunni Muslims. Nearby localities include Talaf to the northeast, Tell Dahab to the north, Aqrab to the northwest, Qarmas and Maryamin to the west, al-Taybah al-Gharbiyah to the southwest, and Taldou to the southeast.
