Hadidah

Syria

Hadidah is a town located in northwestern Syria within the Homs Governorate. It is situated to the west of Homs and lies just east of the border with Lebanon. The town serves as the administrative center of the Hadidah nahiyah, a subdistrict comprising 27 localities.

According to the 2004 census conducted by the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Hadidah had a population of 2,544 residents. The inhabitants of the town are predominantly Alawites. Nearby localities include Liftaya to the southeast, Khirbet al-Hamam to the east, Shin to the north, Mizyeneh and al-Huwash to the northwest, and al-Zarah and Talkalakh to the west.
