Haritan is a town located in northern Syria. It is administratively situated within the Mount Simeon District of the Aleppo Governorate, positioned just northwest of the city of Aleppo.
The locality is surrounded by several nearby settlements, including Ratyan, Bayanoun, and Mayer to the north; Anadan and Yaqid al-Adas to the west; Kafr Hamrah to the south; and Shaykh Najjar to the east.
