Kafr Batna is a town located in the Rif Dimashq Governorate in southern Syria. It serves as a suburb of the capital city, Damascus.
The town is situated approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) east of the Bab Sharqi neighborhood. As of the 2004 census, Kafr Batna had a recorded population of 22,535 residents.
