Khan Arnabah, historically known as al-Uraynba and also spelled Khan Arnabeh, is a town located in southwestern Syria. It is administratively part of the Quneitra Governorate, situated within the portion of the province under Israeli control. The town lies just outside the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force Zone.
The settlement serves as the administrative center of the Khan Arnabah nahiyah, which encompasses 19 towns with a combined population of 42,980. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, the town itself had a population of 7,375 at the time of the 2004 census. The inhabitants are predominantly Sunni Muslims.
Khan Arnabah is situated near several other localities, including Sa'sa' to the northeast and Quneitra to the southwest. Other nearby areas include Jubata al-Khashab to the northwest and the Circassian villages of Beer Ajam and Bariqa to the south.
