Soyapango

Soyapango is a district located in the San Salvador department of El Salvador. It serves as a significant satellite city of the capital, San Salvador, and is commonly referred to by the nickname "Soya."

As the largest municipality in the country, Soyapango has a population of 284,700 residents. The city functions as a primary thoroughfare connecting San Salvador to the eastern region of El Salvador, with approximately 70,000 vehicles passing through it on a daily basis.
