The Urungu River, also known as the Ulungur River, is a river located in China and Mongolia. In its upper reaches within western Mongolia, it is referred to as the Bulgan River.
The river originates in the Altai Mountains of Mongolia and flows southward into China's Xinjiang region. From there, it turns northwest before emptying into Ulungur Lake. The river spans a total length of approximately 700 km.
