Richard Toll is a town and urban commune located in northern Senegal. It is situated on the south bank of the River Senegal, positioned just east of the town of Rosso.
Originally established as a colonial town, it was named after the park of the Château de Baron Roger, which was laid out by botanist Jean Michel Claude Richard. The area became significant for agriculture when France's colonial development organisation, FIDES, initiated a rice-growing scheme in 1949 covering an initial 6,000 hectares.
The town's primary industry is sugar production. As of 2023, the population of Richard Toll was recorded at 73,147.
