Guédiawaye is a city located in the Guédiawaye Department within the Dakar Region of Senegal. It is situated on the Atlantic Ocean to the northeast of the Dakar city centre.
The department was historically part of Pikine until the mid-2000s. As of 2013, the population of Guédiawaye was recorded at 329,659.
