Zloganje is a village located in the traditional region of Lower Carniola in southeastern Slovenia. It is situated just north of the town of Škocjan.
The village falls under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Škocjan and belongs to its Local Community. Geographically, it is part of the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region.
