Zgornji Kaselj

Slovenia

Zgornji Kašelj is a formerly independent settlement located in the eastern part of Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia. Situated within the Central Slovenia Statistical Region, it belongs to the traditional region of Upper Carniola.

The settlement sits on a terrace above the left bank of the Ljubljanica River and extends westward toward Vevče and the source of Bajer Creek. Historically, the western portion of the area was known as Dravlje, though that name fell out of use during the 20th century.
