Zgornje Roje is a settlement located in the Municipality of Žalec within east-central Slovenia. It is situated on the left bank of the Savinja River, positioned southeast of the town of Šempeter v Savinjski Dolini.
The area belongs to the traditional region of Styria and is currently part of the Savinja Statistical Region.
