Zgornja Radovna is a dispersed settlement located in northwestern Slovenia within the Municipality of Kranjska Gora. It belongs to the traditional region of Upper Carniola and is situated at the geographical juncture where the Kot Valley meets the northern section of the Krma Valley.
The settlement is characterized by its proximity to the Radovna River, which serves as a tributary of the Sava Dolinka. The river originates under the Jutrova Skala Slope in the northeastern part of Zgornja Radovna.
