Zgornja Hrušica is a settlement located in central Slovenia, situated southeast of the capital city, Ljubljana. It is currently part of the City Municipality of Ljubljana and falls within the Central Slovenia Statistical Region.
Historically, Zgornja Hrušica was an independent settlement. It belongs to the traditional region of Lower Carniola.
