Zavrh nad Dobrno is a small settlement located in Slovenia within the Municipality of Dobrna. It is situated in the hills above the left bank of the upper course of the Dobrnica Creek, positioned northeast of the town of Dobrna.
The area belongs to the traditional region of Styria and is currently part of the Savinja Statistical Region.
