Zameško is a small settlement located on the left bank of the Krka River. It is situated within the Municipality of Šentjernej in southeastern Slovenia.
The municipality containing Zameško is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is currently included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region.
