Destrnik is a settlement located in northeastern Slovenia. It serves as the administrative seat of the Municipality of Destrnik and is situated within the Slovene Hills, north of the city of Ptuj.
The area belongs to the traditional region of Styria and is currently included in the Drava Statistical Region.
