Spodnji Duplek is a settlement located in northeastern Slovenia. It serves as the administrative centre of the Municipality of Duplek and is situated on the left bank of the Drava River, southeast of the city of Maribor.
The area is part of the traditional region of Styria and is currently included within the Drava Statistical Region.
