Half Tree Hollow is a suburb of Jamestown located on the island of Saint Helena, which is part of the British Overseas Territory of Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha in the South Atlantic Ocean. It is recognized as the smallest of the eight districts on the island by land area.
The village is situated at the top of Ladder Hill, a geographical feature that forms the southern side of the James Valley where Jamestown is located. The hill was fortified during the late 1700s, leading to the construction of Ladder Hill Fort. Due to a lack of expansion room within the James Valley, Half Tree Hollow saw significant growth during the 1960s.
