Bedok is a residential town and planning area located in the Tanah Merah geographical region along the south-eastern coast of the East Region of Singapore. It serves as a primary residential hub within the country's urban landscape.
The town is bounded by several other planning areas, including Paya Lebar to the north, Hougang to the northwest, Tampines to the northeast and east, Geylang to the west, and Marine Parade to the southwest. To its south and southeast, Bedok shares a maritime boundary with the Singapore Strait.
