Norberg is a locality situated in Västmanland County, Sweden. It serves as the seat of the Norberg Municipality and had a population of 4,518 inhabitants as of 2010.
The town consists of two primary sections: the actual Norberg area located in the south and Kärrgruvan in the north, with several smaller settlements scattered throughout the surrounding region. The locality is notably home to an old iron ore mine which hosts the Norbergfestival, recognized as Scandinavia's largest electronic music festival.
