Lessebo is a locality situated in Kronoberg County, Sweden. It serves as the administrative seat of Lessebo Municipality and had a population of 2,737 inhabitants as of 2010.
The community developed gradually around paper and iron works established in 1660. In the modern era, Vida Paper AB operates the pulp and paper mill located in the area. Additionally, the site is home to The Lessebo Hand Paper Mill, which is noted as one of the few remaining commercially operated hand paper mills in Europe.
