Al-Mubarraz is a city situated in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically located at Al-Ahsa. It serves as the north gate for the Al-Ahsa governorate and currently has a population of approximately 837,000 residents.

The city holds historical significance as it functioned as the rule center for the district between 1669 and 1793, preceding the period of Saudi rule. Regarding its origins, local traditions suggest that the settlement dates back to the second half of the seventh century in the Hijri calendar.
