Jubail is an industrial city located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia on the coast of the Persian Gulf. As of 2022, the city has a total population of 474,679 residents.

The city serves as a major hub for heavy industry and infrastructure. It is home to SABIC, which is the largest petrochemical company in the Middle East and the fourth largest globally. Additionally, Jubail hosts the world's largest Independent Water and Power Project (IWPP), which produces 2,743.6 MW of electricity and 800,000 m3 of water on a daily basis.
