Ossora is a village located in Russia and serves as the administrative center of the Karaginsky District within the Koryak Okrug of Kamchatka Krai. It is situated in the eastern part of the Russian Far East.
The settlement underwent a status change in 2012, when it ceased to be classified as an urban locality. According to census data, the population has fluctuated over time, recorded at 4,074 during the 1989 Soviet census, decreasing to 2,589 in 2002 and further declining to 2,133 by 2010.
