Tyukhtet is a rural locality situated in the Krasnoyarsk Krai region of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Tyukhtetsky District.
According to census data, the population of the settlement has shown a gradual decline over several decades. The population was recorded at 5,937 during the 1989 Soviet census, decreasing to 5,219 in 2002, and further declining to 4,791 by the 2010 census.
