Suksun is an urban locality and the administrative center of the Suksunsky District in Perm Krai, Russia. It is situated on the left bank of the Sylva River, approximately 150 kilometers (93 miles) from the city of Perm.
According to census data, the population of the locality has fluctuated over recent decades. The 2010 census recorded a population of 8,022, following figures of 8,495 in 2002 and 8,882 during the 1989 Soviet census.
