Okhansk is a town located in the Perm Krai region of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Okhansky District and is situated on the right bank of the Kama River.
The town is positioned approximately 119 kilometers (74 miles) southwest of Perm, which is the administrative center of the krai. According to census data, the population was recorded at 7,250 in 2010, following a slight decline from 8,414 in 1989.
