Chusovoy is a town located in the Perm Krai region of Russia. It is situated at the confluence of the Usva and Vilva Rivers with the Chusovaya River, approximately 140 kilometers east of Perm, which serves as the administrative center of the krai.
According to census data, the population of the town has seen a steady decline over several decades. The population was recorded at 57,874 during the 1989 Soviet census, decreasing to 51,615 in 2002, and further declining to 46,735 by the 2010 census.
