Muravlenko is a town located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug region of Russia. It is situated approximately 480 kilometers (300 mi) southeast of the city of Salekhard.
According to census data, the population of Muravlenko was 35,926 in 2002 and reached 33,391 by 2010. The town serves as a settled community within the northern Russian territory.
