Nikolayevsk is a town located in Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Nikolayevsky District within the Volgograd Oblast region.
The town is situated on the left (eastern) shore of the Volga River. According to census data, its population was 15,075 in 2010, following a slight decline from 16,469 in the 1989 Soviet census.
